The Reserves, Operations & Environmental, Health and Safety Committee of the Board of Directors undertakes, with Management, all of the necessary procedures, policies, and industry practices designed to protect our employees and contractors, as well as members of the public and the environment. We are committed to responsible resource development.  Operations at both the corporate and field levels are routinely assessed in an effort to identify opportunities to enhance environmental, health and safety (“EH&S”) performance. By meeting or surpassing all applicable regulatory requirements, education, and training of personnel on EH&S polices and procedures, and following industry best practices, we believe our operations are safer for employees, community residents, and stakeholders, in addition to providing minimal environmental impact.
